Cate is a radio presenter, podcaster, voiceover artist and peer support facilitator based in the United Kingdom.

Cate presents the breakfast show on Diamond Groove Radio and Sunday morning breakfast on Gaydio.  In addition, Cate hosts and produces the Shoulder to Shoulder by With-you podcast on Peer Support and mental health.  She is also Head of Liaison the Global Sports Podcast Network and also delivers voiceovers across a range of commercial platforms.

Previously Cate has worked as a journalist at the Peterborough Evening Telegraph, the Hunts Post and The Chronicle before working in Communications for Royal Haskoning DHV in the Netherlands.

Cate graduated from Northumbria University with a degree in Expressive Arts and Education.

She is a passionate mental health advocate and believes in the power of peer support and lived experience in supporting people with mental health challenges.
